Director and Independent Financial Adviser
Dan has worked in Financial Services for over 20 years after graduating from Bournemouth University with a Finance degree.  Prior to joining the Wilcox Young Partnership, he ran his own financial advisory firm and prior to that ran his own compliance consultancy business. He is married with 3 children and enjoys playing most sports.

Peter’s financial services career spans more than 25 years. He has worked for leading life assurance and investment management companies, and has a broad range of knowledge and experience. In particular, he has a personal interest in the use of trusts within financial planning.

Steve Hover brings to the firm wide ranging experience gained within the banking sector and many years practice as an independent financial adviser, based on the South Coast.. He began his career at NatWest Bank, becoming one of their flagship financial advisers when the bank introduced their Financial Services Division and later  moved to an independent financial advisory consultancy in Romsey. In total, Steve has some  twenty-seven years’ experience working as a financial adviser.

Mark’s career in financial services spans nearly 40 years, starting with Lloyds Bank. Mark has been an independent financial adviser since 1999 and he brings a wealth of experience following his move from Surrey. Mark is married with one daughter and is a keen landscape photographer.

Emily has worked in financial services for over 10 years and supports the advisers and her colleagues in all aspects of their roles. Emily has recently taken on her most challenging role of all, ‘Mummy’ to her little boy. So, whilst there are lots of plates spinning, Emily is always keen to rise to the challenge!

‘Carly has worked in the finance industry for over 7 years and has a vast knowledge of provider platform experience and enjoys working in a supportive role for IFA’s. In Carly’s spare time she enjoys riding, competing and caring for her horse and taking her two Labradors on long walks around the country side.’

‘Natasha is Dan’s wife and worked at Abbey for 10 years in the Management Information Department before leaving to start a family. She is now the Finance Administrator, helping to reconcile the accounts.’
